- Capacitive screen: look into other tablets models that offer similar specs with resistive touch screens. You cannot get the full tablet experience using a resistive touch screen. For those of you who don’t know the difference between capacitive and resistive touch screens, think iPod/iPad/iPhone (capacitive) vs. first generation touch screen cell phones for which you had to use your fingernails or the stylus pens (resistive).
